Ingredients for Grilled Chapli Kababs:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Bread slices 2
Beaten egg 3
Coriander egg 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Black peppercorn 1 tsp
Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
Onion 3
Green chillies 3
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cream 2 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 2
Oil as required
Method:
Firstly, grind bread and beef mince in chopper.
Now mix whole coriander, white vinegar and whole black pepper and crush them.
Grind pomegranate seeds thickly.
Put eggs in frying pan, fry it and make small small pieces.
Then put coriander, cumin, black pepper, egg pieces, pomegranate seeds salt, chopped black pepper, green chili, chopped tomato, chopped mint, chopped onion and yogurt in mince, mix it well and keep aside for few minutes.
Now heat grill pan and make big and wide kababs with hands.
Oil them slightly and toast on grill pan.
Tasty chapli kababs are ready.
Ingredients for Cheesy Beef Lasagne:
Undercut 1/2 kg
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 packet
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Kolson lasagne 1 packet
Mushrooms 1 tin
Brinjal 2
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Carom seeds 1/2 tbsp
Fresh milk 1 liter
Butter 1 tbsp
Flour 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Mix red chilli flakes and carom seeds and roast it.
Heat water in one pot and put kolson lasagne.
Together add oil.
When tendered, filter waste, wash with cold water, again spread some oil and keep it aside.
Then heat oil in one karahi pan and put meat, salt and ginger garlic paste.
When water dries, add tomato ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.
Now put butter in one pot, roast flour and turn off stove and put milk after 5 minutes.
Stir the spoon continuously until thick.
Put grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella cheese.
Then heat oven.
Put some white sauce on a baking tray and spread beef on it.
Then put the lasagne sheets on it.
Pour white sauce, mushrooms, roasted masala, brinjal make it golden brown and keep it on aside.
Now keep kolson lasagne sheets.
Put some white sauce, mushroom slice, roasted masala and golden brown slice of brinjal.
Then keep lasagne sheets on top.
Keep brinjal, roasted masala and keep kolson lasagne on top.
Now put grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella cheese and roasted masala and bake it.
When it becomes golden brown, cheesy beef lasagne is ready.
Ingredients for Crunchy Potatoes & Beef Burgers:
Burger buns 6
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Beef 250 gm
Corn flour 1 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chilies 6
Eggs 2
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fresh milk 1/2 cup
Sandwich spread 1 bottle
Oil to fry
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Salad leaves to garnish
French fried as required
Method:
Wash potatoes nicely and boil them.
When tendered, peel it and mash with folk.
Now wash beef pieces, put in pan with white vinegar and salt and boil it.
Then chop them in chopped.
Then put chopped beef, potato, black pepper, chopped and crushed white cumin, corn flour, rice flour, salt and crushed green chillies and mix them nicely.
Now put oil in hands, make big big kababs, dip them in egg and shallow fry in oil.
When they become golden brown, then take them out.
Heat tawa, spread some oil and toast buns.
Then spread fresh milk on one side of bun.
Now put sandwich spread and put keep kababs on it, spread tomato ketchup and chili garlic sauce, keep other side of bun and cut from center,
Decorate salad leaves on one big dish and keep burgers with french fries and tomato ketchup in center.
