Mixed Fruit Kheer, Beef Steak With Brown Sauce And Mutton Buna Gosht by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Mutton Buna Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion  1
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch
  • Mint 1/4 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut mutton into small pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in one pan and add ginger garlic paste.
  3. When it becomes red, add mutton and start roasting.
  4. Then add tomatoes, onion and mint and make paste of it.
  5. Then put paste in salan and together add all masala.
  6. Now put some water in it and roast it again.
  7. When water dries, sprinkle green coriander and serve.

Ingredients for Beef Steak With Brown Sauce:

  • 1/2 kg undercut beef
  • 1 onion
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup worchester sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • 1 tbsp worchester sauce
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp H P sauce
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Firstly, cut undercut beef into shape of steak pieces and press it with the help of hammer.
  2. Then in separate pan, add oil, lemon juice, mustard paste, worchester sauce, white vinegar,  H P sauce, ginger garlic paste and chopped black pepper and mix it well.
  3. Then marinate steak with paste for 15 to 20 minutes and grill it on grill pan.
  4. In separate pan, roast flour and keep aside.
  5. Now cut onions into thin pieces and fry in some oil until brown.
  6. Then add water, put salt, black pepper and worchester sauce, cook it, when it come near to boil, put roasted flour and make it thick.
  7. 7.  Sauce is ready. Take out sticks in platter, put sauce on top and serve.

Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Kheer:

  • Mix fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Rice powder 3 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms 4
  • Kewra 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Almond pistachio 25 gm

Method:

  1. Firstly, chop fruit cocktail nicely.
  2. Then heat milk nicely in one pan. Together add  rice powder.
  3. Then add sugar and cook it until it dissolves.
  4. Now add chopped fruit cocktail and cook on low flame until fruit and milk are mixed well.
  5. Together add kewra, coconut and mix for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Then take out in dish, cool it, sprinkle almond pistachio and serve.
