Ingredients for Reshmi Tikka:
1 kg chicken boneless
250 grams yogurt
1 bunch coriander leaves
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp all spice powder
1 tbsp kachri powder
1 tbsp whole coriander
1 tbsp cumin
2 tsp crushed red chili
2 tbsp green chili paste
4 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
Make pieces of chicken.
Now marinate chicken with yogurt, kachri powder, whole coriander, cumin, chopped red chili, green chilies paste, salt, garam masala, cream and lemon juice and leave it for 1 hour.
Then heat oil and put marinated chicken in and cook it on low flame for 20 minutes.
After that, roast on high flame. When water dries chicken, turn off the stove, sprinkle green coriander and chaat masala and serve.
Ingredients for Qorma Masala:
1 bay leaves
6 cardamoms
few drops kewra essence
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp whole black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp mace
1/2 tsp tatri
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
Method:
Grind cumin, whole black pepper, chopped coconut and mace in grinder,
Now take out in bowl, put turmeric, salt, chopped red chili powder, chopped coriander, cardamoms, bay leaves, tatri, kewra essence and mix them nicely.
In end, fill in bottle. This masala is for 1 kg beef or chicken korma.
Ingredients for Papitay Ka Paste:
1/2 kg papaya
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
Method:
Wash papaya nicely and cut into small small pieces.
Grind papaya, salt and vinegar in blender nicely.
Now put in ice cube tray, keep in box and freeze in freezer.
Ingredients for Garam Masala:
50 grams cumin
4 cloves
6 large cardamoms
6 small cardamoms
50 grams black pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp mace
Method:
Grind cumin, cloves, large cardamoms, small cardamoms, black pepper and nutmeg mace in grinder.
Now fill the bottle with ready masala. Then use in food as per need.
Ingredients for Strawberry Delights:
250 grams strawberries
250 grams cream
1/2 condensed milk
1 packet strawberry jelly
Strawberry essence few drops
2 tsp gelatin powder
1/2 cup sugar
100 grams almonds
1 tbsp caster sugar
Method:
Dissolve gelatin powder in lukewarm water.
Cook sugar in frying pan, grease the steel plate, spread cream, put almonds, when cool, crush it.
Then put cream, gelatin powder, condensed milk, gelatin powder and jelly in pot and beat it nicely.
Now cut strawberry into slices and put crushed sugar.
Then. first put strawberry on dish, put mixture and chopped caramel on top and freeze it for half hour.
