Ingredients for Maghza Ki Karahi:

  • Brain 1
  • Garlic 3
  • Raw onion paste 2
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper corn 6
  • White cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Chopped coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil 1 cup

Ingredients for Galawati Pasanday:

  • Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 4
  • All spice as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Bihari kebab masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 4
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Oil 1 cup

Ingredients for Coconut & Sooji Ka Halwa:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Fresh milk 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Almonds 15
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
