Ingredients for Pan Fry Mutton Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and saute it.
  2. Then put mutton chops and chopped tomatoes and roast more.
  3. Then put fresh cream, yogurt, salt, crushed cumin and chopped green coriander and cover it.
  4. When mutton chops are tendered well, then take out in dish and serve.

Ingredients for Gulab Jamun:

  • Egg half
  • Lassa khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Water as required
  • Kewra as required
  • Ghee as required
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Semolina 1 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Beat half egg.
  2. Now put coconut, semolina and egg and mix with hands.
  3. Then put baking powder and ghee, keep on wooden board knead like a flour and make small small balls. After that, put in hot oil and fry it.
  4. Now cook water and sugar to make syrup and put fried semolina balls in syrup.
  5. In end, serve delicious gulab jaman as hot.

Ingredients for Beef Shimla Mirch Karahi:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Tomatoes boiled 3
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
