Ingredients for Pan Fry Mutton Chops:
Mutton chops 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Fresh cream 4 tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves as required
Method:
Heat oil in pan, put ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and saute it.
Then put mutton chops and chopped tomatoes and roast more.
Then put fresh cream, yogurt, salt, crushed cumin and chopped green coriander and cover it.
When mutton chops are tendered well, then take out in dish and serve.
Ingredients for Gulab Jamun:
Egg half
Lassa khoya 250 gm
Sugar 2 cups
Water as required
Kewra as required
Ghee as required
Flour 1 tbsp
Semolina 1 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Beat half egg.
Now put coconut, semolina and egg and mix with hands.
Then put baking powder and ghee, keep on wooden board knead like a flour and make small small balls. After that, put in hot oil and fry it.
Now cook water and sugar to make syrup and put fried semolina balls in syrup.
In end, serve delicious gulab jaman as hot.
Ingredients for Beef Shimla Mirch Karahi:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Yogurt 250 gm
Red capsicum 1
Green capsicum 1
Onion 2
Green chilies 2
Tomatoes boiled 3
Oil 1/4 cup
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
