Ingredients for Tandoori Murgh:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 tsp papaya paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1/2 cup tamarind juice
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Zarda color as required
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp shan BBQ masala

Method:

  1. Cut chicken from center of breast and mark cuts with knife.
  2. Now keep in one tray, marinate with papaya paste, red chili powder, chopped garam masala, tamarind pulp, roasted cumin, chopped black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup, shan BBQ masala and zarda color and leave for whole night in fridge.
  3. Then bake it for half half an hour on both sides one by one.
  4. Tandoori chicken is ready.

Ingredients for Akhrot Aur Khajoor Ki Mithai:

  • Dates 100 grams
  • Walnuts 100 grams
  • Khoya 250 grams
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Cardamom 1/4 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Silver paper 2
  • Butter 250 grams

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp butter, roast dates, crush it and take out from fry pan.
  2. Now put remaining butter and add gram flour in same pan and roast it well.
  3. When fragrance comes, turn off the stove and add brown sugar, chopped cardamom and khoya.
  4. Then grease the tray, spread mixture on top of it, put decorate with roasted dates and walnuts and cool it for 1 hour.
  5. In end, put silver paper and cut it into cubes.

Ingredients for Nariyal Ki Chutney:

  • Fresh coconut 1 cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend them nicely.
  2. Nariyal ki chutney is ready.

Ingredients for Nihari Masala:

  • 4 star anise
  • 4 large cardamoms
  • 1 tsp dry ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp tatri
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds

Method:

  1. Put star anise, fennel seeds, dry ginger, cumin, nutmeg, mace, large cardamom in grinder, blend it and strain it.
  2. Now mix red chili powder, salt, chopped coriander, turmeric and tatri nicely and fill into bottle.
  3. This masala is enough for 1-1/2 kg meat.

Ingredients for Curry Powder Masala:

  • 4 cloves
  • 4 small cardamoms
  • 2 drops of kewra essence
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 tsp whole black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp crushed white cumin
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 2 1/2 tsp red chili

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in one bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now put into bottle. This masala is for 1 kg meat, chicken or mince.
