Ingredients for Dhuwan Dahi Gosht:

  • 1 kg mutton
  • 1/2 kg yogurt
  • 1 cup clarified butter
  • Few coals
  • 6 to 8 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

For Garnishing:

  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Ginger as required

Ingredients for Nawabi Pulao:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Mutton boneless 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Almond 25 gm
  • Pistachio 25 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Egg 4
  • Kewra 2 tbsp
  • Mix Whole spices as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup
