Ingredients for Shan Beef Mattar:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Shan shami kabab masala 1 packet
Oil 1/4 cup
Boiled tomatoes 3
Water 1/2 cup
Yogurt 125 gm
Boiled peas 1 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in karahi pan, add ginger garlic paste and beef mince and cook until water dries and change its color.
Then add chopped onions, yogurt, shan shami kabab masala and 1/2 cup water, cover it and leave for cooking.
Remove its cover after 8 to 10 minutes, add boiled peas, green coriander and salt, roast it on high flame and dry its water.
Delicious Beef mattar is ready.
Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese:
Onion chopped 1
Carrot 1 sliced
Bay leaves 1
Tomatoes boiled 4
Red grapes juice 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Celery stick 1 sliced
Garlic chopped 3 cloves
Beef mince 300 gm
Boiled kolson spaghetti 1/2 packet
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Parsley chopped 2 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Firstly, boil spaghetti and keep aside.
Now heat butter and oil in karahi pan, add onion and cook until onion becomes soft.
Now add slices of carrot, celery stick, garlic cloves and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Together add beef mince, mix nicely and roast it.
Then add salt, chopped black pepper, grape juice and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add milk, chopped tomatoes, parsley chopped, thyme, bay leaves cover it and leave it to cook.
Remove its cover after 10 - 12 minutes and roast it on high temperature.
In the end put boiled spaghetti on platter and put beef mince on its top. Then serve.
Ingredients for Paneer Pairay:
Cheese 2 packets
Sugar 125 gm
Khoya 125 gm
Almonds, pistachio chopped 50 gm
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Kewra water 2 tbsp
Dry milk powder 4 tbsp
Method:
Firstly, crush cheese with hands in one bowl and add sugar.
When sugar and cheese are mixed well, put karahi pan on stove, put mixture in it, cook on high flame and together stir continuously.
Now add kewra and chopped almonds pistachio and cook it.
After 3 to 4 minutes, add khoya, cook it until khoya, cheese and sugar are mixed well and becomes thick.
Then take out i plate and let it cool.
After that, put dry milk powder on hands and make small balls.
When portions becomes ready, then press it lightly with hand and put them on plates.
Now garnish with chopped almonds pistachio chopped or silver paper on top.
Delicious Paneer Pairay is ready.
