Mutton Chop Salsa, Bar B Q Foily Chops And Fried Chops With Capsicum by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Mutton Chop Salsa:

  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 3-4
  • Boiled tomatoes 4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Parsley 1/4 bunch
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Worcester shire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tobacco sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Firstly, marinate mutton chops with salt, chopped black pepper, garlic paste and lemon juice, heat oil, and shallow fry on low flame.
  2. When color  of chops changes, then add chopped tomatoes, chopped mint, chopped green coriander, chopped onions and parsley, cook for 1 to 2 minutes, put 1 cup water, cover it and leave fro cooking.
  3. Remove its cover after 20 to 25 minutes, add worchester shire sauce and tobacco sauce and roast it on high flame,
  4. When gravy becomes dry, then take out in dish and serve.

Ingredients for Bar B Q Foily Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Fried Chops With Capsicum:

  • Chops 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Salt to taste
