Ingredients for Pakwan Biryani:

  • 1/2 kg sela rice
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/2 kg meat
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 250 grams tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp ground green chilies
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp mixed garam masala
  • 4 star anise
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp chinese salt
  • 1 tbsp sliced ginger
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 50 grams plums
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp zarda color
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup fried onion

Ingredients for Saat Rang Ka Zarda:

  • 1/2 kg sela rice
  • 1/2 kg sugar
  • 6 cardamoms
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 250 grams khoya
  • 100 grams almonds/ pistachios
  • 20 grams cham cham
  • 1 cup red, green, yellow
  • 1 tsp kewra
  • Silver paper as required
  • Green, red, yellow color as required

Ingredients for Kali Mirch Ka Raita:

  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
