Ingredients for Fried Mince Pizza:
For Stuffing:
Mince 250 gm
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Oil for fry
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Oregano 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
Egg half
Butter 1 tbsp
Parsley 1/4 bunch
For Sauce:
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Dough:
Flour 250 gm
Salt to taste
Yeast 1 tbsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Milk 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Water little
Method:
Firstly, add beef mince, onion, green chili, capsicum and egg in chopper and chop it nicely.
Then heat oil in karahi pan, fry mince lightly and keep it aside.
Now grate cheddar cheese, keep it aside, cut make tomatoes into small cubes and keep it aside.
For Sauce: Heat oil in one pan, add garlic paste, chopped red chilies, oregano and thyme and cook for few seconds.
Then add tomato paste and cook more for 2 minutes.
Pizza sauce is ready.
For Dough: First dissolve yeast in oil.
When they are mixed well, then add milk in flour.
Together add beaten egg, salt and butter and knead nicely with some water.
Then cover with plastic foil, cover and keep it aside.
After 10 to 12 minutes, grease pizza pan with butter and spread dough.
Then put sauce and spread it.
After that, put fried qeema on it.
Now spread parsley.
Spread tomato cubes.
In end, spread mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano on top.
Grease edges with butter, polish with egg and bake for 10 -12 minutes on 200 degree C.
When it turns to golden, take out and serve.
Ingredients for Qeema Matar Chawal:
Mince 1/2 kg
Peas boiled 1 cup
Onion 2
Green chilies 3-4
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Yogurt 125 gm
Tomatoes 2
Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
Rice 300 gm
Salt to taste
Kewra water 2 tbsp
Method:
Firstly, heat oil in karahi pan, add mince and ginger garlic paste and roast it until it color changes and all water dries.
Then put onion, green chillies, salt, all spice powder, yogurt and tomato and roast it.
When mince is nicely tendered, add boiled peas, coriander leaves and mint leaves, mix it and keep aside.
Now in one pan, boil rice and add some salt. When rice remains 2/4, then strain it.
Put half rice in pan. Then make layer of qeema and make layer of remaining rice on top.
Now sprinkle kewra on top and give simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
Delicious qeema matar chawal is ready.
