Beef biryani
Ingredients:
Beef leg 1 kg
Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
Oil 1/3 cup
Rice 1/2 kg
Garlic 1-1/2 tbsp
Ginger 1-1/2 tbsp
Onion 4
Yoghurt 3 cups
Red chilli pwd 3 tbsp
Garam masla 2 tbsp
Tomato 1
Lemon 2
Cumin seeds 1- 1/2 tbsp
Coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
Kewra 1/4 cup
Potato 3
Yellow food color 1/3 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion and garlic .
Now add beef , red chilli powder , turmeric and cook on high flame
Add 2 litr water , salt and cook till beef becomes tender.
Put coriander, yoghurt , cumin and cook on high flane till the water dries.
Peel potatoes and boil separately and add yellow color .
Add in the beef gravy.
Now add garam masala , tomatoes, lemon and kewra.
Now fill a large pot with water , add salt and bring to a rolling boil.
Add rice to the boiling water and cook till 3/4 done.
Strain the rice in a strainer.
Layering: Now spread a little oil from the gravy in the pot. Spread a layer of rice over it . Spread beef gravy over the rice. Then again a layer of the gravy. Finish the layering with rice on top.
Spread a thick cloth over the mouth of the pot and cover it with a lid.
Heat a griddle pan place the pot over it
Steam the biryani over low heat for 15 minutes.

Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp

Beetroot 1
Lettuce 1/2 bunch
Tomato 2
Onion 1
Lemon 2
Salt 1/3 tsp
Coriander 3 tbsp
Mint 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
