Seven spice macaroni

Ingredients:

  • Beef boneless                          300 gm
  • Garlic                                           2tbsp
  • Ginger                                          2tbsp
  • Onion                                                  1
  • Oil                                                4 tbsp
  • Water                                       1/2 cup
  • Yoghurt                                     3 cups
  • Bake parlor macaroni        1 packet 
  • Bake parlor masala mix     1 sachet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salted water for 5- 8 minutes.
  2. Drain it , put it under tap water and add 1 tbsp of oil in it .
  3. Heat oil in pan, add onion , garlic ginger paste .
  4. Fry till 3-4 minutes or till the color changes to light brown.
  5. Now add beef and masala sachet and let it simmer on low flame.
  6. Add water and cook till water starts boiling.
  7. Now cover it and cook till half of the water is left .
  8. Add yoghurt and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
  9. Turn the flame off and add macaroni and serve.




Chana methi fry

Ingredients:

  •  Chickpeas                1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds        1 cup
  • Coriander powder    1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder    1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder    1/2 tsp
  • Salt cv                       to taste 
  • Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp

For tarka:

  • Mustard seeds           1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds               1 tbsp
  • Curry leaf                          10
  • Oil                                  4tbsp
