Ingredients for Achari Gajar Gosht:

  • Meat 1/2 kg
  • Carrot 250 gm
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Green chillies 4
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Julian 1 tbsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Bhuni Daal Lobia:

  • 250 grams boiled beans
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 green chillies
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp hot spices powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients for Paneer Qulcha:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lukewarm milk as required

For Filling:

  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chillies chopped 2
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Cheese 200 gm
  • Garlic chopped 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
