Chicken 65

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless                  1 kg
  • Red chilli powder                  2 tsp
  • Lemon juice                            3 tbsp
  • Yoghurt                                     2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste                  2 tsp
  • Salt                                              to taste
  • Food color(yellow)                   1/2pinch
  • Oil                                                 for deep fry

For garnishing:

  • Curry leaf             5
  • Green chilli           2
  • Onion                    half

Method:

  1. Cut chicken in cubes and put it in a bowl.
  2. Marinate it with all the ingredients except oil.
  3. Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a pan .
  5. Fry chicken till golden brown.
  6. In another pan , heat oil.
  7. Saute curry leaf, green chillies and sliced onion.
  8. Put on the fried chicken and serve.

Tamatar ki chutney:

  • Tomato   1 kg
  • Raisin       250 gm
  • Red chilli  4 tbsp
  • Onion         225 gm
  • Sugar          100 gm
  • Vinegar       300 ml
  • Onion seeds 4 tbsp
  • Oil                   4 tbsp
