Ingredients for Bery Tango:

For Making Chocolate Batter:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Egg 2
  • Flour 3 oz
  • Coconut powder 1 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 1 tin
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Cherry pie filling 1 tin
  • Peach 1 tin
  • Kiwi  2

Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Broast:

  • Chicken 1 (8 pieces)
  • Salt as required
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Making Batter:

  • Egg 1
  • Milk 1/4 cup

For Season Flour:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash chicken nicely, dry its water, put salt, lemon juice and paprika leave it.
  2. Put milk in egg and make batter.
  3. Put all dry masala in flour and make season flour.
  4. Dip chicken in batter, roll in season flour and repeat this step.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil until chicken tenders.
  6. Serve with french fries and broast sauce.
  7. For Broast Sauce: Boil potatoes and mash.
  8. Blend boiled potatoes, garlic, green chili, salt and mayonnaise.
