Ingredients for Gajar Ki Kheer:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Carrot 1 kg
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom 6
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Pistachio 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat milk at low flame for 30 minutes, until it remains to half.
  2. Now add evaporated milk, carrot, sugar and rice and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. In end, put cream, rose water, almonds and pistachio, cook for 5 minutes and remove from stove.
  4. Gajar ki kheer is ready.

Ingredients for Hari Daal:

  • Moong lentils 2 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Onion 01
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chili 08
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 4 tbsp
