Fish Karahi, Chilli Fish And Fish Square Kabab by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Fish Karahi:

• Fish 1/2 kg
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
• Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
• Onion 1
• Tomato 1/2 kg
• Mix spices 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Green chilli 4
• Coriander 1/2 cup
• Red chilli 1 tsp
• Roasted crushed coriander 1 tsp
• Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Ginger 2 inch
• Naan 4
  

Ingredients for Chilli Fish:

• Fish 250 gm
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp

For Batter:

• Egg 1
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Flour 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp

For Sauce:

• Onion 1
• Green chilli 6
• Ketchup 1/4 cup
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Chilli sauce 1 tsp
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Stock 1 cup
• Corn flour 1 tsp
• Rice 250 gm
  

Ingredients for Fish Square Kabab:

• Fish boneless 1/2 kg
• Ginger 1/2 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
• Mix spices 1/2 tsp
• Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Fried onion 2 tbsp
• Coriander 1/2 cup
• Green chilli 4-5
