Ingredients for Aloo Palak:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Spinach 500 gm
  • Ginger 1/2
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Potato 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

For Bhagaar:

  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli 4-5
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Maa Ki Daal:

  • Desi ghee 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 1 medium
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • White lentil 1-1/2 cup
  • Stock 5 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1/2 tsp

For Bhagaar:

  • Desi ghee/Butter 5 tbsp
  • Cumin 1-1/2 tsp

For Stock:

  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Water 6-7 cup
  • Ginger 1/2 inch
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Black pepper 3-4
  • Clove 2
  • Bay leaf 1

Ingredients for Irani Rice:

  • Rice 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 1-1/2 liter
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Potato 2
