Ingredients for Shehzadi Biryani:

  • Fish boneless 750 gm
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 2
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

For Biryani Masala:

  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 4
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Walnut paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Rice 650 gm
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Raisins 4 tbsp
  • Walnut 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Eggplant In Yogurt:

  • Eggplant 2-3
  • Mint few leaf
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli to taste
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
