Ingredients for Prawn Pulao:

  • Prawn 1/2 kg
  • Rice 370 gm
  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Fenugreek 6 bunch
  • Green chilli 6
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 10
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Achari Fish:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 8
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Whole red chilli 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Dry ginger 1/4 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Fish Pakora:

  • Fish boneless 250 gm
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Chaat masala to taste
