Ingredients for Kharay Masalay Ki Machli:
Fish 2 pieces
Garlic 2 cloves
Whole red chillies 6
Oil 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger chopped 1
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry fennel seeds, carom seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, whole red chillies and whole coriander in it.
Now put fish pieces and fry on high flame for 2 minutes.
Now add beaten yogurt and tamarind pulp and cook until water dries.
In end, put chopped ginger and chaat masala and serve.
Ingredients for Vegetable Cream Soup:
Stock 6 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Corn 1/2 cup
Macaroni boiled 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Method:
Cook stock. When it is boiled, add carrot, capsicum, corn, coriander leaves and boiled macaroni.
When all ingredients are tendered, put tomato ketchup, black pepper, salt, vinegar and dissolved corn flour in water.
When soup becomes thick, turn off the stove, mix cream and serve hot.
Ingredients for Andon Ka Halwa:
Eggs 6
Silver foil 1
Green cardamom 4
Yellow color a pinch
Khoya 1/2 kg
Almond and pistachio 50 gm
Walnut 50 gm
Sugar 125 gm
Ghee 250 gm
Method:
Beat cardamoms and yellow color in eggs.
Now heat ghee, add beaten egg and roast on low flame.
When golden in color, put sugar and roast for few minutes.
When water of sugar dries, add khoya, roast it more for few minutes and turn off the stove.
In end, take out in dish, sprinkle almonds, pistachio, walnut, put silver foil and serve.
