Ingredients for Roasted Chicken With Bombay Rice:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Rice 1 kg
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Whole red chili 10
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunches
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Dessicated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with turmeric and salt for 4 hours.
  2. Now keep in oven prove dish and roast on 200 degrees C.
  3. Then fry cumin in hot oil. When fragrance comes, add roasted chicken and roast it more.
  4. Now add mustard seeds, whole chilies, curry leaves, tomatoes, chopped coconut, wet rice, fennel seeds, saffron, ginger garlic paste and 2 cup water and cook it.
  5. When water dries, simmer it, take out in dish, put green coriander and serve.

Ingredients for Hareesa Lahori:

  • Boiled wheat 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chicken karhai pieces 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 50 gm
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Boiled spinach 4 tbsp

For Kababs:

  • Chicken mince 200 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pot and make onion brown.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, yogurt, boiled spinach, chopped green chilies, salt, chopped red chili and turmeric, cover it and cook on low flame.
  3. When chicken tendered, add grinded wheat.
  4. For making kabab: Put salt, red chili powder and garlic paste in chicken mince, mix it and make kababs of 1 inch.
  5. Then fry in hot oil.
  6. In end, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

Ingredients for Tomato Soup:

  • Tomatoes chopped 1/2 kg
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves
  • Water 4 glasses
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil tomatoes and blend in blender.
  2. Now add curry leaves, butter, chopped carrot, garlic and ginger and roast it.
  3. Then put tomato, 4 glass water, curry leaves, salt, chopped red chili, sugar, chopped ginger, vinegar and black pepper.
  4. Together add corn flour. When it is boiled, turn off the stove.
  5. Tomato soup is ready.
