Ingredients for Fish Kofta Curry:
Fish 1/2 kg
Potato 1/2 kg
Coriander 2 tbsp
Bread slices 2
Onion 1
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chili powder 1 tsp
Egg to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
For Curry:
Onion 1
Garlic 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Whole mix spices 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Curry leaf 10-12
Whole red chili 5
Coconut powder 2 tbsp
Naan 4
Method:
Steam fish, separate its skin and fork and mash it.
Boil potatoes and mash it.
Chop bread slices in chopper.
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix nicely.
Now make kofta and fry in hot oil.
For Curry: Heat oil and put garam masala, curry leaves, red chili powder, raw onion, garlic, salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander and lemon juice.
Now add coconut milk. When curry is ready, put fry koftay and simmer it.
Garnish with green coriander and serve.
Ingredients for Foley Fish:
Fish fillet 1/2 kg
Lemon 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
For Chutney:
Coriander 1 bunch
Mint 20
Green chili 6
Garlic 4 clove
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Coconut powder 6 tbsp
Method:
Put green coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, salt, sugar and coconut and make chutney.
Pour lemon juice and salt on fish pieces.
Now cut aluminum foil into 6x6. Put chutney on top and keep fish.
After that, put chutney and oil. Then fold it and make envelope, bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes and serve.
Ingredients for Prawn Jalfrezi:
Prawn 250 gm
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Green chili 04
Mix spices 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1/4 cup
HP sauce 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 pinch
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1 inch
Method:
Heat oil, put onions, ginger strips and prawns and fry it.
Put all masala in one bowl and mix with prawns.
Now put tomato pieces, green chilies and ginger after 4 to 5 minutes and mix it
When ready, serve hot.
