Italian Kofta Spaghetti by Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients:

For Koftay:

• Egg 1
• Bread slices 2
• Beef mince 250 gm
• Chicken mince 125 gm
• Onion 2 tbsp
• Coriander 3 tbsp
• Red chilli 3 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Chaat masala 1 tsp

For Sauce:

• Oil 4 tbsp
• Onion 4 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Oregano 1/2 tsp
• Basil 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Tomato 1 kg
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Spaghetti 1 packet
• Parmesan cheese 3-4 tbsp
