Ingredients for Galawat Ka Keema:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Papaya 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Onion powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Coal 1
  • Chopped crushed ginger for serving
  • Onion rings for serving

Ingredients for Poorian:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Rabri Doodh:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Rabri 250 gm
  • Sugar to taste
  • Small cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut powder 2 tbsp
