Ingredients for White Korma:

  • Mutton 600 gm
  • Onion 3
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 5-6
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg, Mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1/2 inch
  • Cloves 6
  • Whole black pepper 7-8
  • Ginger paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Sheermal:

  • Yeast as required
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar powder 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Taftaan:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Khoya 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tsp
