Ingredients for Chicken 65:

For Merination:

  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for frying

For Gravy:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Curry leaves 4-5
  • Chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Chili garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red ring 1 pinch
  • Salt as required
  • Water 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut chicken in small pieces
  2. Merinate chicken with all ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Now refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in one pan and cook chicken until golden brown.
  5. For Gravy: Heat oil in one pan and saute ginger, cumin, garlic, green chilies and curry leaves.
  6. Now put dry masala and 1 tbsp water and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Together add remaining ingredients and stir it nicely.
  8. In end, put fried chicken and cook for a while.
  9. When ready, serve hot.

Ingredients for Masala Fried Rice:

  • Rice 2 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Onion 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pan and cook onion for 1 minute.
  2. Then put ginger garlic and cumin and cook more in low flame for 1 minute.
  3. Then add all masala and cook for few minutes.
  4. After that, mix boiled rice nicely, cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Take out in serving dish. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
