Ingredients for Aloo Gosht:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Chopped onion 2
Green chilies 2
Potatoes 4
Oil 1
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Firstly, peel potato, cut into two pieces and soak in turmeric water.
Now put mutton, hot water, chopped onion, turmeric, chopped red chili, ginger garlic paste, salt and oil in one pot and keep for cooking on low flame.
When water of mutton dries and tenders, add yogurt and soaked potato pieces and roast it lightly.
Now put green chillies and hot water.
When potato is tendered, oil comes up, put chopped garam masala, chopped coriander and chopped green chilies and simmer it.
Serve delicious aloo gosht with chapatti or simple rice.
Ingredients for Burmese Rice:
Rice 2 cups
Hot sauce 1 tsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 piece
Green chilies 6
Whole black pepper 6
White cumin 1 tsp
Chopped capsicum 3
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Method:
Wash rice and soak it.
Then put water, boil 2/4 with salt, strain its water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Now mix chopped white cumin, ginger, green chilies and black pepper and grind it.
Then add white vinegar and hot sauce.
After that, heat oil in karahi pan, put finely long capsicum and salt, stir fry it and put masala.
Then boil it lightly and remove it.
Now make layer of rice on baking tray and spread masala on top.
Then cover with foil for 10 minutes and bake for 10 minutes on 150 degrees C and serve hot.
Ingredients for Bhartay Wala Keema:
Brinjal 3
Beef mince 250 gm
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Raw onion paste 2
Chopped onions 2
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
Green chilies 6
Salt to taste
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
Lemon juice as required
Method:
Firstly, roast brinjal on stove and blend with some water.
Now heat oil in one pot, do chopped onions golden brown, take them out and spread it, so that it becomes crispy.
Then put raw onion paste in one pot and do light red.
Now put mince, turmeric, chopped red pepper and chopped ginger, roast it lightly and put brinjal.
After that add green chilies, tamarind paste, salt, roasted & chopped white cumin and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
In end, put fried onions and chopped mint and serve.
