Ingredients for Quick Banana Pudding:
Banana 8
Comelle condensed milk 1 tin
Sugar 1 cup
Fresh cream 2 packets
Almond chopped 10
Fresh milk 1/2 liter
Walnut 1/2 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Crushed biscuits 1/2 packet
Method:
Put milk, sugar and corn flour in one pot and cook it.
When it becomes thick, remove from heat and cool it.
When it becomes chill, beat 1 packet fresh cream and condensed milk nicely and add in it.
Now take out in one bowl and put crushed biscuits.
Put slices of banana.
Add peeled walnuts in 1/2 cup.
Now beat remaining fresh cream and put on top.
In, end put remaining walnuts and almonds and keep in fridge.
Quick banana pudding is ready.
Ingredients for Chicken Tomato Chilli:
Chicken 1 or 16 pieces
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Green chilies 6
Black peppercorn 6
Oil to fry
Green coriander 1 bunch
Method:
Firstly, wash pieces of chicken nicely.
Now mix ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili, lemon juice and salt nicely and keep for 30 minutes.
Then mix green chilies and black pepper and grind thick.
Now heat oil as required in karahi pan, deep fry masala chicken pieces and make it golden brown.
Take out on a tissue paper, so that it absorbs oil.
After that, heat 2-3 tbsp oil in separate karahi pan, add green chilies, black peppercorn, roast it lightly and mix tomato puree.
Now add fried chicken, mix it, simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
For garnish: Put chopped green coriander on top.
Ingredients for Dhabay Ki Daal:
Green split lentil 1 cup
Gram lentil 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 2
Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
Soya 3 bunches
Green chilies 6
Salt to taste
Black peppercorn 4
Big cardamom 4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Garlic cloves 4
Butter 2 tbsp
Clarified butter 1 cup
Method:
Wash green split lentil in 1 cup hot water and soak it.
Now wash gram lentils in 1/2 cup hot water and soak it.
Heat clarified butter in handi, make chopped onions brown and take them out.
Now put garlic cloves and make them golden brown.
Then put ginger garlic paste, red chopped onions, turmeric, black pepper and big cardamoms and roast it lightly.
After that, put soya and fenugreek leaves.
After that, add gram lentils, green split lentils and salt, roast it nicely and add 2 cup warm water.
Now add green chilies, cover it and cook it.
When water dries, put butter and simmer it.
When steam comes up, take out delicious dhabay ki daal and serve with hot naan.
