Ingredients for Haleem:
Beef boneless 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Chopped cumin 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 3 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Chopped onion 1
All spice powder 1 tsp
Wheat 1/2 kg
Chanay ki daal 250 gm
Barley 250 gm
Mong ki daal 1/4 gm
Masoor ki daal 1/4 gm
Mash ki daal 1/4 gm
Aarhar ki daal 1/4 gm
Lemon 2
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint 1 cup
Green chilies 8
Ginger 2 inch piece
Chaat masala as required
Fried onion as required
Salt as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry onions. Then add ginger garlic paste, beef, beef boneless, salt, chopped red chili, turmeric, chopped coriander, chopped cumin and yogurt and roast it lightly.
After that, put water. When mutton tenders, mash it.
Boil soaked chanay ki daal, barley, mong ki daal, mash ki daal and masoor ki daal separate and mash it.
Now add in mutton and cook it. Together mash it.
Then put all spice powder and cook for 1 hour.
Serve with lemon, ginger green coriander, fried onion and chaat masala.
Ingredients for Kheer:
Fresh milk 2 liter
Rice 125 gm
Powder milk 1 cup
Sugar 250 gm
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Kewra 1 tsp
Chopped almonds, pistachios 1/4 cup
Silver paper for garnish
Method:
Soak rice for 30 minutes and break thick thick with hands.
Now put rice in milk and cook it. When rice becomes soft, then add sugar.
After that, dissolve powder milk in water, put in it and cook until thick.
In end, put cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and remove from stove.
Take out in serving dish. Garnish with silver paper, almonds and pistachios and serve.
