Ingredients for Vegetable Delight Bun:
Flour 1 kg
Sugar 3 tbsp
Eggs 2
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 3 ounces
Instant yeast 2 tbsp
Water to knead
For Filling:
Potatoes 1 chopped
Peas 1/2 cup
Carrots 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1 small
Cauliflower 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilies 1 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Water as required
Method:
For making filling: Heat oil in one pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
Then put potatoes, peas, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, salt, black pepper and green chilies and fry with some water.
Now in one bowl, put flour, sugar, egg, salt, butter and yeast and knead with like warm water and bake for 45 minutes.
Then give it shape of your choice and then fill the mixture of the chicken, cover it and then leave it to cook.
Then give it shape of bread, brush it with egg, bake it for 20 minutes on 200 degrees C.
Ingredients for Chicken & Cheese Bread:
Flour 1 kg
Sugar 3 tbsp
Eggs 2
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 3 ounces
Instant yeast 2 tbsp
Water to knead
For Filling:
Chicken boneless 1 cup
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Butter 1 ounce
Coriander leave 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
Method:
For Filling: Heat 1 ounce butter and fry chopped onions.
Now add chicken cubes, flour, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese and milk and cook until it becomes thick.
Then take out and put green coriander and green chilies.
Now in one bowl, put flour, sugar, egg, salt, 3 ounce butter, yeast and warm water as required and knead soft and leave for 45 minutes.
Then give shape of your choice, fill with vegetables, cover it and leave again for rise.
Now brush with eggs and bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees C.
