Ingredients for Brownie Mint Sundae Squares:
Butter melted 2/3 cup
Caster sugar 1-1/2 cup
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Milk 1-1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Coco powder 4 tbsp
For Filling:
Condensed milk 1 tin
Pepper mint essence 1/2 tsp
Green color few drops
Fresh cream whipped 8 ounces
Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
For Fudge Sauce:
Chocolate 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
Put melted butter, caster sugar, flour, milk, egg, vanilla essence, baking powder, walnuts and coco powder in one bowl and beat for 3 minutes.
Now spread in greased rectangular pyrix dish.
Then bake on 180 degree C for 35 to 40 minutes and take out for cooling.
For filling: Put condensed milk and green color in big bowl.
Now fold beaten fresh cream and chocolate chip and put on every brownie.
Then cover it and freeze for 6 hours until it becomes hard.
For serving: Cut remaining brownies into squares and serve with hot fudge sauce in one saucepan.
For making hot fudge sauce: Put chocolate, butter, condensed milk, water and vanilla essence in one saucepan and cook until smooth.
Ingredients for Chilli Chicken Hotdogs:
For Chilli Chicken topping:
Boneless breast 2
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Hotdog buns 4
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Capsicum 1
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, chili sauce, soya sauce and chili garlic sauce for 30 minutes.
Now sprinkle dry flour on chicken and coat it.
Heat oil in one pan and fry chicken until crispy and light brown.
Now cut hotdog from center and steam lightly in oil.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry chopped onions for 3 minutes.
Then paste mustard paste on hotdog.
Mix chicken, chopped capsicum and ketchup in one bowl.
Now put on hotdog bun and put onion.
After that, keep other part of hotdog bun and put tooth pick.
In end, serve with fries and coleslaw salad.
Ingredients for Extra Super Quiche:
Readymade puff pastry 8 ounces
Potato 1
Carrot 2
Sweet corn 1 cup
Capsicum 1
Spring onion 1
Mushrooms 4 sliced
For filling:
Chicken tikka chunks 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Hung curd 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
Eggs 3
Method:
Heat butter and saute green onions.
Now put chicken tikka chunks, boiled and mash potato, chopped carrot, sweet corn, capsicum cubes, salt, chopped black pepper, chopped red chili and mustard powder, mix it nicely and take out.
Now grease p inch pie plate, spread dough of puff pastry and bake on 200 C for 15 minutes.
Then take out and fill it.
Now mix hung yogurt, milk, grated cheese and eggs, mix it and put on filling.
Then bake on 200 degree C for 30 minutes.
