Ingredients for Cheesey Minced Cake:
Mince 1 kg
Capsicum sliced
Tomato sliced 1
Eggs 2
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Tomato puree 1 cup
Onion chopped 250 gm
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
Put salt, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilli and tomato puree in chopped mince and cook with 1 cup water.
When water dries and mince is tendered, put chopped onion and fresh coriander and roast it. Then close stove.
Add mince, beaten egg, oregano and 1/2 packet cheese in one pot and mix it nicely. Grease one loose bottom cake mold, put this mixture and press it.
Then put capsicum slice, tomato and remaining cheese and bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Ingredients for Prawn Paneer Pulao:
Prawn 1 kg
Peas 1/2 kg
Rice 1/2 kg
Cardamom 4
Bay leaves 2
Green chillies 10
Onion 250 gm
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
Cheese 250 gm
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Kewra water 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Saffron 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Method:
Soak rice for 30 minutes.
Heat oil, fry prawns and cheese and take out.
Now add onion and ginger garlic paste, make it brown and put peas, cardamom, bay leaves, black pepper and cumin seeds.
Then add 1-1/2 cup water and soaked rice.
After that, put salt, green chillies, mint leaves, cheese, prawns and kewra and simmer it.
Together dissolve saffron in water and put in it. Prawn matar pulao is ready.
Ingredients for Quick Pineapple Dessert:
Pineapple 1 packet
Cream 1 packet
Pineapple chunks 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
Biscuit 10
Vanilla essence few drops
Method:
Add 2 cup water in pineapple jelly, cook it, chill it and cut into pieces.
Now beat cream, pineapple juice and vanilla essence.
Now in one pot, put this ingredients with pineapple chunks, yogurt and biscuits and mix it.
In end, keep in fridge for 1 hour and serve chill.
