Broiled Chicken, Spaghetti Al Tono And Pineapple Fried Prawn by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Broiled Chicken:

  • Chicken leg pieces 3
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Boiled tomatoes 2
  • Pistachio ground 50 gm
  • Parmesan cheese 100 gm
  • Pine nuts 50 gm
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First, separate drum sticks and leg pieces.
  2. Now put salt, black pepper, red chili powder and oil in chicken pieces, marinate it and keep in oven tray for 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. During this time, add tomatoes, chopped pistachio, chopped pine nuts, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper and oregano in one pan, cook it and turn off the stove.
  4. Take out chicken after 15 minutes.
  5. Now take out sauce in platter and keep chicken pieces on it.
  6. Put parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top and serve.

Ingredients for Spaghetti Al Tono:

  • Tuna fish 1 tin
  • Leek 1
  • Celery stick 1
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Boiled spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black olives 5-6
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 -3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, boil spaghetti and keep it aside.
  2. Now add tuna fish, leek, parsley chopped, celery stick, fresh cream and cream cheese, grind it nicely, take out and keep it aside.
  3. Now add oil in karahi pan, add boiled spaghetti, salt, crushed black pepper and lemon juice and mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. In end, add chopped black olives, mix it and serve.

Ingredients for Pineapple Fried Prawn:

  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple chopped 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. First, clean prawns nicely and keep aside.
  2. Put chopped pineapple, egg, flour, cornflour, salt, chopped black pepper, sesame seeds and coconut powder and make thick batter.
  3. Coat prawns with this batter, heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry it. Take out when golden in color and serve.
