Ingredients for Brownies:
Chocolate 2 ounces
Unsalted butter 6 ounces
Caster sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Walnuts 1 cup
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Butter on 8 inch square baking pan.
In a saucepan, melt the chicken with the butter over low heat, stirring until completely melted.
Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla essence.
Stir in the flour, salt and walnuts and mix well.
Spoon the batter into the preheated pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
Ingredients for Chicken In Lemon Garlic Sauce:
Chicken breast fillets 1/2 kg
Salt and black pepper to taste
Garlic 4 cloves
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
Season the flattened chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Mix garlic, lemon juice, oil and parsley, roll the chicken breasts to coat them.
Allow to marinate at least 1 hour.
Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade.
Heat oil and add the chicken breasts and in brown slightly, add the reserved marinade and let cook till done.
Ingredients for Bhindi Masala:
Lady fingers 1/2 kg
Onions, chopped 2
Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes, chopped 2
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook, add all ingredients except lady fingers, tomato and coriander.
Cook for few minutes.
Add lady fingers and cook till done but not mushy.
Garnish with tomato and coriander.
