Apple Strawberry Cookie Cream And Mutton & Potato Lasagna by Chef Shai

Ingredients for Apple Strawberry Cookie Cream:

• Cooked apples 2 cups
• Strawberry puree 1 cup
• Biscuits crumbled  2 cups
• Fresh cream 2 cups

Method:

1. Assemble everything in layers in a glass bowl or individual servings decorate with orange slices chilled.

Ingredients for Mutton & Potato Lasagna:

• Minced or shredded Mutton 1/2 kg
• Boiled Mashed Potatoes 1 kg
• Pizza Sauce 2 cups
• Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
• Sauteed spinach 1 cup
• Onion and garlic 1 cup
• Butter 1/2 cup
• Cream 1 cup
• Salt n pepper as needed

Method:

1. Layer everything in a baking dish starting with tomato sauce and finishing in a preheated oven at 180 c for 20 minutes until top is golden and lasagna starts bubbling.
2. Serve with fresh  salad.
