Ingredients for Stuffed Vegetables With Pasta:

  • Short pasta boiled  2 cups
  • Hollowed Vegetables  4 each
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Milk  2 cups
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Salt n pepper  as needed
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat butter, add maida and cook for a minute without color, add milk to make thick sauce, add cheddar cheese, salt n pepper and green chilies. Add sauce to pasta along with tomato pulp.
  2. Stuff vegetables with pasta sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C until vegetables are soft and cheese is golden on top.

Ingredients for Coconut & Ginger Frozen Yogurt:

  • Yogurt without water 1/2 kg
  • Shredded Fresh coconut  1 cup
  • Sweet condensed Milk  3/4 cup
  • Grated Ginger 1 tsp
  • Yellow Food color 1/4 tsp
  • Candied Ginger for garnish
  • Mint for garnish

Method:

  1. Method combine all ingredients and freeze overnight in an airtight container. Scoop out next day and garnish to serve.
