Ingredients for Lahori Hareesa:

  • Beef meat 750 gm
  • Beef rawaj 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1

For Stock:

  • Bones 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 7 tbsp
  • Wheat 750 gm
  • Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Mix spices 2-3 tbsp
  • Mace 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tbsp
  • Dry ginger 1 tsp

For Serving:

  • Chilli sauce 1 cup
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Soy sauce 1 cup

Ingredients for Doodh Ka Sharbat:

  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Date 5-6
  • Pistachio 1/4 cup
  • Almond 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • Fig 5-6
  • Red drink 1 cup
