Ingredients for Bombay Daal Gosht:

  • Meat 750 gm
  • Chanay ki daal 500 gm
  • Bottle gourd 1 kg
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chillies 8-10
  • Curry leaves 2 sticks
  • Oil 1 bowl
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Bhagary Chawal:

  • Basmati rice 1 kg
  • Mix garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 bowl
