Ingredients for Shami Kabab:

  • Beef meat 750 gm
  • Gram lentil 1-1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Mix spices powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 2
  • Mint as required
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Roghni Naan Til Walay:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 pinch
  • White sesame as required

Ingredients for Gulqand Sharbat:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Gulqand 1 cup
  • Sugar to taste
  • Pistachio for garnish
