Ingredients for Laal Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Raw papaya 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Onion paste 1
  • Oil for cooking
  • Coriander powder as required
  • Ginger garlic paste as required
  • Raita for serving
  • Onion rings for serving

For Frying:

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri chilli 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 cup

Ingredients for Steamed Rice With Raisins:

  • Rice 3 cup
  • Rose water 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2 big
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Clove 10
  • Stock 1-2/4 cup

Ingredients for Adrak Murgh Handi:

  • Chicken boneless 600 gm
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Marination:

  • Ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 3-4
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Tomato 4-5
  • Naan for serving
  • Ginger for garnish
