Ingredients for Mutton Malai Kofta:

• Mince 1/2 kg

• Salt to taste

For Filling:

• Raisins 15
• Almond 15
• Pistachio 15

For Gravy:

• Onion 2
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Red chilli 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Coriander 1 tsp
• Turmeric 1/4 tsp
• Tomato 3
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Cream 1/2 cup
• Coriander 2 tbsp

• Plain flour 2 cup
• Flour 1/2 cup
• Spinach 1 cup
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli 1/2 tsp
• Mix spices 1/4 tsp
• Mace 1/4 tsp
• Ghee 1 tbsp
