Ingredients for Degi Masala Aloo Biryani:

  • Rice 750 gm
  • Potato 1-1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Whole mix spices 1-1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Small cardamom 6-8
  • Nutmeg mace 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow color as required
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Green chillies 8-10
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Plum 8-10
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Ghee as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Sharbat Tukhme Balanga:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 8 tbsp
  • Basil seeds 1 tbsp
  • China grass as required
  • Almond, Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
