Ingredients for Machli Ka Lal Pulao:

  • Surmai fish 750 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Mustard seed 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 2 sticks
  • Mix garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Plum 5-6
  • Basmati rice 1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Gajar Ka Achar:

  • Carrot 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tatri 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
