Ingredients for Zinger Club Sandwich:
Sandwich bread 1 loaf
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Chicken thigh drumsticks 300 gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil for deep fry
Paprika red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Parsley 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise as required
Cucumber 02
Tomato 03
Onion 03
Eggs 04
Cheese slice 1 packet
Salad leaves 1 bunch
Method:
Put salt, red chili and paprika powder in chicken and leave for 15 minutes.
Mix flour, salt, chopped black pepper, sesame seed and garlic powder. Then make batter of half mixture and leave half dry.
Dip chicken in flour batter and paste dry flour.
Fry in oil until golden and take out.
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in one pan.
Put salt and parsley in egg, whisk it and fry in oil.
Toast bread slices and paste mayonnaise.
Now put salad leaves, chicken and cheese slice. Then put another slice.
Together put fried eggs, tomato, cucumber and parsley.
In end, cover with third slice, cut sandwich and serve.
Ingredients for Meat Pastry:
Flour 4- 1/2 cup
Yeast 2 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
For Filling:
Mince 300 gm
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 01
Parsley 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Tomato 02
Pomegranate juice 1/4 cup
For Salad:
Tomato 02
Cucumber 02
Potato 02
Salad leaves 4-5
Method:
Mix all ingredients of dough, cover it and rise it.
Heat oil in one pan and saute onion.
Now put mince, masala and tomato and cook it. When it is tendered, cool it.
Cut dough with cutter in mutton tray and put mince filling.
Bake on 200 degrees C until golden and serve.
Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Chapati Rolls:
Chicken mince 600 gm
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Onion 02
Cheddar cheese 1 packet
Oil for cooking
Tomato 6-7
Carrot 01
Capsicum 01
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 cup
Red kidney beans 1 cup
Garlic red chili chutney
Coriander
Coal
For Garlic Sauce:
Garlic 1 tbsp
Flour 1-1/2 tbsp
Stock 1/2 cup
Garlic oil 2-3 tbsp
Milk 1-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil and cook carrot and chicken. Then put masala and roast it.
Now add tomatoes and cook it. When water dries, then put yogurt.
In end, add green coriander, red kidney beans and capsicum and cook it.
Put cheese on home made roti. Together add stiffing.
Serve with garlic sauce.
For Garlic Sauce : Heat oil and fry garlic.
Then put flour, stock and milk.
When it becomes thick, add salt.
