Ingredients for Chops With Sauce:

• Mutton chops 1/2 kg
• Lemons 2
• yogurt 1 cup
• Oil 1 cup
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste

For Chutney:

• Green chillies 4
• Whole red chillies 4
• Garlic 4 cloves
• Mint leaves 1 big bunch
• Salt to taste
  

Ingredients for Haray Lehsan Kay Baigan:

• Eggplant 1/2 kg
• Green garlic 4 bunches
• Lemons 2
• Chopped onion 3
• Whole red chillies 6
• Green chillies 8
• Turmeric 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Mustard oil to taste
• Salt to taste
  

Ingredients for Sirka Pyaaz Murgh:

• Chicken 1
• Lemons 2
• Chopped onion 4
• Whole red chillies 6
• Green chillies 6
• Yellow food color as required
• White vinegar 1/2 cup
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Oil to fry
  
• Salt to taste
