Ingredients for Hot N Sour Mushroom Chicken:

  • Whole chicken  1
  • Red or green chilies  4
  • Mushrooms  1 tin
  • Stock  1 cup
  • Peas  1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes  2
  • Butter   50 gm
  • Garlic  1
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Rose marry  1/2 tsp
  • Parsley 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp
  • BBQ sauce  4 tbsp
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into pieces and shred it.
  2. Now heat oil and fry chicken. When  golden brown, take out oil.
  3. Then put chicken stock, chopped black pepper, salt and rosemary, cover it and cook on low flame until chicken tenders.
  4. Put butter in other pot, together and chopped garlic, mushrooms, peas and boiled potatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Now sprinkle lemon juice, black pepper and salt and put BBQ sauce.
  6. In end, put chicken and other vegetables and sprinkle chopped parsley.

Ingredients for Hot Spicy Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless  800 gm
  • Carom seeds  1 tsp
  • Cream cheese 100 gm
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Yogurt  300 gm
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  2 cups
  • Onion  1
  • Tomatoes  1

Method:

  1. First, marinate chicken boneless, lemon juice, salt and turmeric for half an hour.
  2. Now heat oil in one karahi and fry onion.
  3. Then add ginger paste and garlic paste and fry more.
  4. Now put tomatoes, salt, turmeric and all spice powder, mix it nicely and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Then put green coriander, mix it, add chicken, put some water, cover it, cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame and serve hot.

Ingredients for Baked Creamy Pasta:

  • Boiled paste  1/2 packet
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Mushrooms  1 cup
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup  1/2 cup
  • Cumin  1 tsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chicken boneless botiyan with chopped garlic.
  2. When chicken becomes reddish, then put tomato puree, red chili flakes, salt, cumin, soya sauce and vinegar, roast on high flame and turn off the stove.
  3. Then grease oven dish, make layer of pasta and put chicken.
  4. After that, make another layer of pasta and sprinkle tomato ketchup, cream, mozzarella cheese and oregano.
  5. In end, bake in per-heated oven on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
