Chinese Egg Roll, Chicken With Green Chillies And Egg Fried Rice by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Chinese Egg Roll:

  • Cabbage  1
  • Onion  1
  • Carrot  1
  • Capsicum  1
  • Egg 4
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt  as required
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp

For Making Pan Cake:

  • Egg  4
  • Flour  1 cup
  • Water  1-1/2 cup

For Making Paste:

  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Water  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut cabbage, onion, carrot and capsicum into finely stripes.
  2. Heat oil and roast garlic. Then put eggs and make scramble egg.
  3. Now add salt, white pepper, soya sauce and all vegetables and mix it nicely.
  4. After that, remove from stove and chill it
  5. For Pan Cake: Beat egg, flour and water.
  6. Make thin pan cakes in non stick pan.
  7. Now fill in center, paste with paste, deep fry it and serve.

Ingredients for Chicken With Green Chillies:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Salt  1/2 kg
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Green chili  10-15
  • Onion 1
  • Green onion 2
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into thin stripes. Then paste salt, white pepper and corn flour and keep it.
  2. Heat oil and fry garlic. Then put chicken and fry it.
  3. Now add stock, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, white pepper and sugar and boil it.
  4. Together put onion, green chili and green onion.
  5. When it is boiled, make thick with cornflour.
  6. Serve with rice.

Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Carrot  1
  • Green onion  4
  • Egg  3
  • Salt  as required
  • White pepper  1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes and boil it.
  2. Heat oil and fry chopped garlic.
  3. Now add salt, white pepper, soya sauce and boiled rice and mix it.
  4. Then put green onion and carrot and mix it nicely.
  5. After that, cover it and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Egg fried rice is ready.
