Ingredients for Khara Masala Balti Murgh:

  • Chicken (Karahi cut) 1-1/2 kg
  • Curry leaves 3 sticks
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek laves 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 3 tbsp
  • Whole red chilli 6-8
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 3
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Pomegranate 1 small
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Naan Paratha:

  • Flour 3 cup
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Onion seeds 1 pinch
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Lukewarm water as required
  • Butter 4 tbsp
